CalmSplit acts as the data controller for personal information you enter into your account. Contact: support@calmsplit.com.
What we collect
- Account details (name, email, phone).
- Information you enter into the divorce application and questionnaires.
- Documents you upload (e.g. marriage certificate).
- Security and audit logs required to operate the service.
What we don't share with your spouse
Your private safety screening answers are never shown to your spouse. Legal advice you receive from a solicitor acting for you is not disclosed to the other party.
Retention
We retain case data while your case is active and for a period afterwards to comply with professional obligations and to preserve the audit trail. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-factor authentication, device monitoring, session controls, and append-only audit logging.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact support@calmsplit.com to exercise them.
